Meet Dionna
Dionna Santoro, LCSW, LAC
Safe, meaningful, and fulfilling relationships are at the heart of growth and healing. As a relational, family-oriented therapist, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as a space where clients feel seen, respected, and able to show up authentically. I approach therapy as a collaborative, conversational process—one that allows for both depth and a bit of “unseriousness,” because meaningful change doesn’t only happen in heavy moments.
I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and that individuals and families already hold strengths that can be built upon, even when those strengths feel buried. Together, we explore patterns, roles, and boundaries to better understand how relationships and systems shape your experiences.
My approach integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems work. I aim to be both direct and compassionate—offering honest feedback while creating a space that supports authenticity, connection, and lasting change.
